The team at Mighty Mike Plumbing was disrespectful from start to finish. I booked them for a sewer line repair costing $5200, but the technician was dismissive, didn’t explain the process, and tracked mud through my house. The repair didn’t even solve the issue, and they refused to take accountability. Their “customer-first” promise is nonsense. One star is generous.
Mighty Mike is my “go to” plumber in Truckee. He’s done 3 or 4 jobs for me. I rely on him for my vacation home in Tahoe Donner.
