What incredible service we received while we were away for the winter. Our neighbours commented on the outstanding snow removal job! The sidewalks and driveway were pristine! Thank you, Marc and your team at Mighty Micks!
Gutter cleaning in autumn was fantastic so I presumed the same quality and attention to detail would be delivered with snow removal. I was thoroughly disappointed. Numerous times we were waiting far longer than neighbours who had hired competitors. Also on numerous occasions, the job was not done to the standard advertised (previously agreed areas missed, snow not cleaned right to pavement). Great at gutter cleaning; the opposite at snow removal.
I don't leave a lot of reviews, Mighty Micks absolutely deserves their full five stars! Went above and beyond cleaning our house + windows today with very competitive rates and were super kind to our two sons. Thanks again and great work.
Marc and his team are great. They are professional and courteous front to back. They did a great job cleaning my windows inside and out and cleaning my gutters. I would recommend their services again in a heartbeat. Thank you.
