I bought a king mattress and adjustable frame from Russel over the phone. I was referred to him by a friend who had purchased many beds from Mighty Mattress. After delaying the delivery date four times, he told me "I don't stock the adjustable bed because business has been tough". After three weeks of changing delivery dates, he agreed to cancel my order and issue me a full refund. Now it has been a week and he refuses to refund me the $1,500 that I paid. Russell the owner is Amazing! My kind of guy, Solid, Honorable, Helped my Wife within 5 minutes we bought 3 Top Mattresses and we got the best prices I ever had. Being in Real Estate for over 15 years I have never seen this type of quality and pricing + Jose delivered within 30 minutes from the time of our purchase.
