My husband and I hired Mighty maids to clean our house before we put it on the market. It's a 2700 sq ft house with 2.5 bathrooms and new carpet in 80% of the house. They didn't need to clean the hardwoods in the main living areas so the only flooring they had to clean were the 2 tiled bathrooms. They had two people cleaning the house and it took them longer than expected-a total of 5 hours to clean it all. Mind you, there was no furniture to move around. We were charged $530 in the end.
