Dude came over and broke my campers AC looking at the furnace and never even fixed it. The air conditioning unit worked absolutely beautifully until he worked on my furnace frying the motherboard.

The man is the worst at communicating. Good luck people. He says he will do the job then doesn’t respond.

Mike was awesome, his experience afforded him the expertise to diagnose an issue over the phone and in minutes gave me a solution. I want to stress that Mike didn’t have to help but he did, saved me money, and did so in my case free bc my fix required more from his travel and time than his service area required. I would recommend 10/10

called Mike on a Thursday and he came that Saturday to campground and installed a whole new AC unit, we were a little further then he normally goes but he did come and got us taken care of. he called me back in a short time frame after I called him, answered texts. would definitely recommend him.

Zero help. I called to ask if they would look at an issue with one corner of my pop-up camper not cranking up. Instead of simply saying they don't work on pop-ups, I was told, "Pop-ups are junk." They're absolutely entitled to decline the work, but there are more respectful ways to communicate that. Not everyone can afford a larger camper or the tow vehicle needed for one. A polite explanation would have left a much better impression.
