Full disclosure - Mighty M did not actually provide service to me. I spoke with Mike via phone and he asked me to send a pic of my Slideout issue. I texted the pic and received a two-word reply as follows: "Your Screwed". I called him again, no answer, left message asking him to call back hoping he could refer me to someone else. He never returned my call. I felt he handled this very unprofessionally. I generously gave a 3 star rating - maybe he had a toothache that day.
Called Mike and told him my issue and to see if he could get it done before I left on vacation and he was more than accommodating, came when he said he would and had me up and running in under an hour.
