I agree. poor customer service.
Ordered a bunch of hooks in the past for a powder coating shop, never received a confirmation email and the hooks showed up about a month after ordering them… Just recently placed another order, app. 5 days ago and once again I didn’t receive a order/shipping confirmation. Also haven’t been charged on my credit card… Normally don’t leave reviews but tired of getting screwed by lazy companies. Would not recommend to anyone who appreciates thorough and efficient work.
I'm loathe to do this, but it must be done. The owner doesn't treat his employees well. My husband spent 23 years working at this company, which has since relocated to Waukegan, IL, and has nothing to show for the years spent. I must disclose that my husband was born and raised in Puerto Rico, has 2 college degrees and has an almost, not perfect as we all fail, pristine record with the company.
