I have been out of propane for three weeks and am told every time I call that they have a ticket out and waiting to schedule. Cannot speak with a manager or person that does the scheduling as they will not transfer. I have been nothing but pleasant during these conversations. If you are looking to get into the propane exchange business I would get someone else. Check the other reviews as I am not alone.
