This team is amazing! We needed a full roof replacement in late 2024. Gray and the team walked us through everything, completed the job quickly, and the quality of work is beyond what we expected. Our ceiling collapsed with all the insulation.. What a mess! Small but important board which was leaking caused the failure of a not too old roof. This problem was undetected by many other roofing companies even when the ceiling collapsed....until Gray Lewis climbed up on the roof! After thorough inspection he noticed the culprit. Great team of experts. Response time is excellent, answered any and all questions that I had. Once materials were ordered and received, they were replaced within a few hours. We initially contacted Gray (owner) about two roof leaks. His inspection of the entire roof was thorough. The sources of the leaks were identified and corrected. His inspection also led to another necessary, overdue repair that we had been unaware of: The chimney cap/tray was falling apart, and replacing it required a custom fabrication. Throughout the entire process, Gray was proactive, communicative, and professional. Pricing was reasonable. Service from Mighty Dog is exemplary! Gray and his team are true professionals.
