Kevin and the whole crew were great. Kevin showed use pictures of all that was wrong with our tile roof, and gave us a fair estimate. I had one other estimate that was way higher and one that was slightly lower. I chose Mighty Dog because they were licensed and bonded. They completed the job in a day and a half. Everything was cleaned up. I hope I never have to use the warranty but it is good to know it is there should the need arise.
I had multiple roofers look at my house/roof and Mighty Dog was one of the few if only that gave me truly honest feedback and did not pull salesman type tactics. They were upfront and honest from the very get-go, and gave me complete feedback on the condition of my roof so I could make a decision. There Workman were of high quality, showing extreme care for my home when they did the job. I would highly recommend Mighty Dog and their services to anyone.
After the recent Microburst in Tempe, my old roof was badly in need of replacing. Mighty Dog provided excellent service, from the inspection, to the detailed quote, Kevin was easy to work with and answered any questions we had. Their quote was competitive with the others we received as well. The install crew was great, left the area cleaned up everyday after they left. Kevin followed up after the install to make sure everything was cleaned up and correctly installed. Very happy with the result!
