The roofers themselves during installation , To Erich project manager and Dawn at top the of the Johnson City TN team. From communication, to professionalism, price and quality of materials. Bought an house needed the roof repaired and the realtor had this company repair the roof during the home buying process. Extremely disappointed in this company they did a “repair” that didn’t hold twice their work is under warranty and they have stopped responding to me and my messages. It’s clear they did the cheapest “repair” possible. Had another roofer come out and told me the shingles were on backwards and mighty dog didn’t notice during their roof inspection. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR ROOF!!!!
