Mighty Dog Roofing put two roofs on the house I was selling and buying. Katie took the money for both jobs at closing but did not pay the subcontractors. The subcontractors now have a lien against my house. Katie with Mighty Dog Roofing who befriended my wife and I is now nowhere to be found and has declared bankruptcy. This means that every house she's done now has no warranty like us. There are still many issues that were not finished on the roofs and the quality of the materials used is very poor.
