Bad experience with this company! I paid few months ago for roof leaking when I was out of town, when I came back to see the exact same spot leaking again and even worse! Then I called the person Yao Chueng who inspected my roof, he didn’t pick up the phone, nor reply text or email!
Out the gate, this company was on the spot. Quick with quote, decent price, quick availability and very communicative. They took a few days longer than expected to install, but I wasn’t upset too much; however, ever since they have been paid in full, it has been night and day. I had a recent roof leak. I have called emailed, texted and messaged them several times regarding the leak I found that was pouring gallons of water into my attic. My roof is 1 year old and still under their warranty.
