Had a leak and wasn't sure if it was the roof or another issue. I called Mighty Dog Roofing on Tuesday, and they called me back immediately. Brian Cooper returned my call and set up an appointment for Thursday at 1:00 PM. He called me around 8 AM and asked if he could come earlier. He showed up at around 9 AM and did a drone review of my roof. He phoned and explained to me very clearly it was not a roof issue. Very transparent and honest. There was no charge. My neighbor hired this company. I am in my house and hear a huge ruckus outside. I thought someone was trying to break in. I go outside and Mighty dog crew has crap every where. THEY DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO KNOCK ON MY DOOR TO GET PERMISION TO ENTER MY PROPERTY. I get houses are close together work needs to be done. But for their crew not even knock on someone's door!!!!!
