I was just driving behind the owner.. he was traveling 30 in a 45 in the left lane, using his phone and swerving into oncoming traffic. I called the number and he answered then stopped his taxi in the middle of the road next to me. I said “you’re swerving all over the place and it’s the law to move to the right lane” and he proceeded to demean me and tell me “I’ve been driving before you were born”. Again while stopped in the middle of the road in the left lane. (I was in the left turn lane).
