Dana was excellent to work with, great equipment with the knowledge to use it. Highly recommend!!
Horrible! I should have known something about this service was wrong when he came in the door and immediately charged me $40 extra for some sanitizer and told menu couch was bigger than expected. He was sent pictures prior. I have a sectional couch and I had already removed all the pillows and cushions myself so all he had to do was the base of the couch. I very specifically asked him to get along the sides of the couch because my dog had peed on it. This was the ENTIRE reason I booked this service. The couch is one year old... read more
