This morning 8:00 AM sharp, Greg, owner of Mighty Clean Air Ducts arrived as scheduled. I called late on Friday and was glad to get an appointment so quickly. These are the reasons why I’m giving Greg a ***** review so quickly. The price was at least half as expensive as the competitors, but the work was amazing. He went above and beyond to clean out our ducts. We bought this duplex a couple years back and I don't the ducts were ever been cleaned. I appreciate how much work he did working from the outside, but then he came inside and helped clean up my dryer from the inside due to the build up. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for an honest, hardworking company.
All I can say is wow. He did a fantastic job cleaning the vents, showing me pictures all along the way of what the vents looked it. And the best part is... he saved our house. He informed me that he smelled gas coming from our furnace, so I called Avista and sure enough there was a leak. I am very grateful for his knowledge and honesty. I will always recommend Gregg!
Gregg is a great communicator (via email and text). He got me on his schedule very quickly for a dryer vent cleaning. He sent pictures of the lint he removed and an email invoice immediately after service as requested. The charge for the service was better than competitors. Highly recommend.
I could not believe the state of our vents before Greg cleaned them, now we can breathe easy knowing they are clean and sanitized! He was very professional and did an amazing job!
