Hired a campervan for a month & travelled Northern Territory. The van was great, had everything we needed for this trip. It took us some time to get to know how to use everything as we weren’t shown everything at pickup. We rang the number provided for assistance & they were great, very helpful solved all our issues, which we would not have had, had we been shown these from the start
Great Van, ver good service by friendly and helpful staff. Extra that might help: more teatowels; extra dish washing liquid; BBQ cleaning solution. Recomended
We hired a campervan for 4 weeks to drive from Darwin to Cairns. Pick up felt a bit messy, we were never told that there was a safe in our car, no mention of the sharing cabinet in the office and we had to ask to add photos of existing damages on the car. Also the gauge for water didn't work and it was unclear if the grey water tank was open or not. Also no clear explanation about LPG tank refills at the end. We had a great experience hiring a campervan in Darwin. The vehicle was almost new and in excellent condition and the process was very smooth and easy.
