This company took advantage of me! They installed brand new equipment on top of mold and rotted copper lines and did not bring this to my attention prior to installation. I've had to call them to my home THREE times since the original installation date of October 2024 and have not received resolution. They want me to pay for additional services, when they know they were in error of not making me aware of their observation prior to installing the ac unit. Company serviced my A/C and heater unit as part of maintenance contract. Received a text when technician was on their way. Arrived and immediately went to work. Work was expeditiously completed and provided a recommendation for future service. Was pleased with the service and would recommend them for you AC&R needs.
