I had to update this as I've come back for a second time to work with Migdal Law Group for the purchase/closing of a condo. Harriet assisted me through the entire process both times, showing the utmost care, support and patience with every question and inquiry I had. I am so appreciative to her and their team for their attention to detail, outstanding service and for holding my hand step-by-step to make sure every final detail was taken care of.
Harriet Escobar handled all the paperwork through to the closing of the property I purchased. She was incredibly detail oriented and made sure I understood the purpose of each step and all the legalese that comes with purchasing a property. Eric helped us with a real estate transaction. Since the first communication until closing, Eric was meticulous, kind, helpful, responsive, and efficient. Pretty much all you could ask for from an attorney. Will wholeheartedly recommend to friends and family, you will not regret working with Eric.
We worked with Eric in purchasing our first home and he was absolutely wonderful! He was very responsive by email and walked us through the entire process as this was all new to us.
