I would like to warn people not to hire Gadi Cohen, owner of Migdal Construction. He is a con artist who took my money and walk away without finishing the job. I hired him for a complete renovation of the house I bought. He was recommended to me by my realtor. After a year of working on an off, working a few hours a week, stopping for 2 weeks and asking for more money in between or he wouldn't continue, telling me if I didn't give him more money it meant I fired him, I finally realized this would go on forever. Gadi is the President of Migdal Construction. We hired him as our GC to build a warehouse for my company 2 years ago. The first 4 months he was on good behavior and then the real Gadi showed his face. Not only is his work sloppy and unorganized, he is a professional con artist, he has a story for everything. He didn't prepare or plan for anything in advance, causing many delays.
