Dr. Lacey was great. She listened, she was thorough. However the business side experience was an absolute 0. It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get to the bottom of where things went wrong. I went to More 901 in October and had an annual as well as some other test ran. I paid almost 300 dollars in person since I do not have insurance. I really didn't care for the experience. I arrived earlier than expected for my appointment and even after my scheduled appointment time seeing MD Lacy was extremely delayed. I spent an unnecessary amount of time in the office for what would usually take an hour or less for a typical visit. 2 Hours and several minutes is excessive. Also, when she arrived in the room she gave no apology for her tardiness. For what the visit cost me I would have did better going elsewhere. Dr. Lacy and her team are the absolute best! I've been coming here for about 2 years now and haven't had a bad experience. My most recent visits (annual & followup) were seamless & quick. MIG has been in network for both my prior United Healthcare and my current Cigna insurances as well!
Dr. Lacy changed my life. I never once had a neurologist or specialist relate my migraines to hormones. Dr. Lacy listens and her whole team approaches with compassion. Without her I’d still be in daily pain, I’d recommend her to everyone I know.
