Nice gym, mostly for weight training. Not overly crowded, perfect for my needs.
I was in town for a few days and was looking for a 24/7 gym. Couldn’t be happier with Mifflinburg Muscle & Fitness. The owners have been great and you can tell that they actually work out at the gym — the gym feels a lot more like you’re working out at somebody’s fantastic home gym than stepping into a lifeless corporate gym.
