MIFA fit runs an excellent program for women of ALL fitness levels. Liston is personable, motivating, uplifting, and empowering of EVERY client. You go at your own pace. His approach is always in your best interest. He is nonjudgmental and works with you within your limitations, and encourages your growth. I will always recommend MIFA FIT to clients, friends, and family.
