MIFA fit runs an excellent program for women of ALL fitness levels. Liston is personable, motivating, uplifting, and empowering of EVERY client. You go at your own pace. His approach is always in your best interest. He is nonjudgmental and works with you within your limitations, and encourages your growth. I will always recommend MIFA FIT to clients, friends, and family.

I first started working out at Mifa Fit back in January, 2019. I met with Liston to describe how I was feeling and what I wanted my end result to look like. As a part of the aging female population dealing with the many changes women go through, I felt comfortable in this space. I enjoyed the challenges of the workout. I was encouraged by others in the program. When my body wasn’t ready for a certain level of intensity, I was alway offered an alternative safe lower impact exercise. The vibe is great, energy positive and supportive. I’ve invited a few friends to check it out!
