I was so pleased with Marks work at the start but after a brilliant start the level of service and professionalism slipped. There were issues with wrong parts being supplied but although Mark was sent full details before he visited he did not identify the issue before he visited. As a result he had a wasted visit. The supplier subsequently supplied and fitted the correct parts for us but a minor wiring change is now needed to get the job finished.
