Do Not go to Dr. Vo. My daughter had a appointment today. We were told that we had no choice to have her eyes dilated or have imaging done. I said no to both. Told her we could make another appointment where I would drive my daughter. That was a big NO from her. I said my daughter is a new driver and I refuse to let her drive with her eyes dilated. Dr. Vo is no doubt the best out of all the people I have seen. Always with a smile on her face, she is very welcoming and considerate of her patients, always making sure they are comfortable during the process. Her appointments are always thorough and it is clear she is knowledgeable about what she is doing as there is no hesitation moving from one task to the next. Dr. Vo is extremely reliable. I have seen Dr. Vo for many years now. She is the bomb! She is prompt, professional, easy to talk to and does a great and thorough job.
After a bad experience at a different Lenscrafters several years ago and a prescription which was a waste of time, Dr. Vo and her team were not only wonderful but nailed my prescription. I would highly recommend her.
