Beautifully plated, creative, and elevated dishes served by attentive staff but without feeling stuffy. You can tell that they pay attention to the details: from the menu design, to the quality place settings, to the pace of service. Loved the intimate feel of the converted space and honestly enjoyed every dish!

After reading great reviews of this place, my husband and I were excited to celebrate our anniversary here last night. We were beyond disappointed!!!! First, we were seated at a small table right by the kitchen opening where all of the waitresses were loud and scurrying around like chickens with their heads cut off. Wow! Miette is a hidden gem of Crested Butte. I took my parents and my girlfriend here on my parents last night in town. We sat in a beautiful courtyard and enjoyed the sunshine. The service was immaculate and the food was just as good! We had the apricot gazpacho soup, beef tartare and the BEST burger in the entire world. Incredible meal and amazing service in a cozy cabin with a snowy view. Hard to beat! Love how you can build your own plate. The drink selection is on point too. Will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic dinner with a group of friends full of great food and great service. Chef John came and said hello which was a special touch and made the evening even better. We will be back!
