I have been a customer for many years and was never disappointed until these new owners took over. They never have anything in the store, just tried to purchase a bunny for Easter and the girl working the counter couldn’t figure out the cost tried to reach the owner by phone no answer. A customer walked out while I was trying to get my order. I have tried to order online and nothing is available. If this is how they’re going to run their business, they won’t be in business for long. Harsh

Truly the most wonderful chocolate experience here in Lancaster. Imane’s delicacy when selecting assortments is second to none.
Nice young man working at the new location. Best chocolate ever and it’s been in business for 150 years, so they’re doing something right!
