I work in the construction industry (major projects) and I would never use this company again after a 3rd incident, and after this one i decided to call, there is a complete lack of accountability from the workers on the ground through to the office. Let me remind you that you don't own the roads, have more right of way, or have no obligation to obey traffic rules and if anything should be more courteous. I want to express my deepest gratitude to this wonderful team in particular Sam and louise for the support they gave my daughter during her car accident. In such a frightening and stressful moment, they were patient, caring, profesional and stayed with her through the whole process. Knowing she was in safe and compassionate hands meant everything to our family. I was going to pick up my daughter from VU and i was taking Furlong Road. I read the sign road works and then there was a guy holding a STOP and SLOW sign pointing us to take the other side of the road because the other lane is closed. I was expecting that drivers will take turn to use that open lane but this not looking very pleasant lady came up to me shouting GET OUT! GET OUT!!! after we were instructed to use that lane.
