Absolute terrible. I engaged the Nowra office for a significant domestic renovation project and was required to pay in full for MI to issue the engineer plans. The first plans they issued were unusable generic copy and pasted crap and full of errors. Trades on site refused to proceed with various aspects of the build due to structural concerns. I feel ripped off, so overpriced for what they produced. I needed plans for external stairs for a fabricator, to use. They did not release plans till after full payment over $3000 only to reveal no measurements included, apparently they dont do 'shop plans'.
