The experience I had at the salon was beyond my expectation! From the salon interior, to friendly staff, to massage chair during hair washing, complementary drinks & hand massage, and of course the beautiful haircut! Gilly was very attentive to details, communicative, and highly skilled; listened to what I wanted and also added their own creativity, and I loved how the haircut turned out! We came here for a couple's retreat package on Valentine's Day. It was absolutely amazing. The staff were fantastic. So helpful, pleasant, and happy. The vibe of the premises was so relaxing and calm. The spa bath set the tone for a decadent and soothing massage experience. We will definitely be back. Thank you, everyone, at Mien. You all made us feel so welcome and special.

I visited Mien recently for a colour correction and haircut with Clare. Clare was so professional during the consultation process and treatment and explained each step involved. I am so happy with the result. Clare and the staff were really patient - even when my treatment ended around closing time on Saturday the treatment and styling was never rushed and Clare took the time and care to ensure a great result.
