I am not sure about the products since they shipped my products to an address where I no longer live. Very upsetting. Cannot believe that they would not let me change the address and not sure how they even got the old address. Especially since I have not lived there in over 4 years.

Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I have not received the required invoice. This lack of response and failure to provide proper documentation is frustrating and unprofessional.
