They have terrible customer service! No one answers the phone and I’ve called both customer service and Office administration. I can tell that the agent that “read” my email request did not actually read it since she did not address anything I listed in the message, made up an completely different topic, and the issue was dismissed and not solved. It is extremely difficult to reach any of the necessary departments (Information Technology in my case). Such a terrible reputation for a company.
I started usingthe rosemary mint shampoo & conditioner in 2024. When I say that my hair started coming out in clumps but I hadn't put 2 & 2 together yet. Kept using it until fall of 2025 & my hair is so thin now its embarrassing. I really hate that I started using it.
I am revising my original post concerning this company. Not because they did an exceptional job but because they did try to rectify the situation with my order. I wasn’t originally pleased with the customer service however I can say the manager did what she could to help with my order. I did finally received my order and some of my money back. Therefore instead of giving a 1 rating I have changed it to a 3.
I began using the Mielle Organics, LLC products in November 2023 until March 2024.
