I started usingthe rosemary mint shampoo & conditioner in 2024. When I say that my hair started coming out in clumps but I hadn't put 2 & 2 together yet. Kept using it until fall of 2025 & my hair is so thin now its embarrassing. I really hate that I started using it.
I am revising my original post concerning this company. Not because they did an exceptional job but because they did try to rectify the situation with my order. I wasn’t originally pleased with the customer service however I can say the manager did what she could to help with my order. I did finally received my order and some of my money back. Therefore instead of giving a 1 rating I have changed it to a 3.
I began using the Mielle Organics, LLC products in November 2023 until March 2024. I am not sure about the products since they shipped my products to an address where I no longer live. Very upsetting. Cannot believe that they would not let me change the address and not sure how they even got the old address. Especially since I have not lived there in over 4 years.
