We have used Miele vacuum cleaners for 25 + years. This repair and sales establishment has been our go to for 10 years in CA. for our business and personal use machines. Great shop with, wonderful owner who looks after you and makes sure you leave with what is the best product and price for the job.
Absolutely fantastic customer service! Alex went out of his way to ensure that I was kept in the loop about the price of a repair that changed and gave me options if i wasn't satisfied. I went into another Miele shop in Santa Clara to get the exact same repair done before coming here and the guy told me to call Miele and basically fix it myself... Not here! Great attitude and fantastic work ethic!! Support Local Businesses!!
