Miele Mechanical Services, are professional, responsive and smart! I contacted Domenic the first time 2 years ago when I wanted to replace ugly, cheap baseboard with a Runtal Radiator. He was the 3rd company I had met with to give me an estimate and the only one who did not try to talk me out of this uncommon, high end baseboard that is actually a radiator. I couldn’t be more grateful for Dom and his great team who have helped me through varying degrees of issues with my heating system. I call her old Bertha! She’s been through it all and we have gotten through 3 cold winters since I bought my house. Not only has the team been very successful in handling each unexpected problem, they have helped plan a support system that will be more effective and efficient in the near future for many years to come. This company is honest,professional extra ordinary and fair. Had two no heat situations for my oil furnace. They diagnosed it quickly repaired it and then followed up with me. After 3 days of calling other plumbers that NO SHOWED. This one call, resulted in a call with in 20 minutes and a friendly face and professionalism that is beyond your expectations and they don't lie or Rob you!!
