Couldn't be more pleased and grateful with the prompt, professional and courteous service provided to us by Miele Mechanical Services!! We were in a jam with our oil boiler, and Dom was out first thing in the morning to take care of it! Everything works better than evernow!! Miele--Was recomended by neighbors. The BEST recomdation we could have had for our needs. Started ith the owner Dominic and each year Seth comes to serviice our needs. Miele Mechanical Services, are professional, responsive and smart! I contacted Domenic the first time 2 years ago when I wanted to replace ugly, cheap baseboard with a Runtal Radiator. He was the 3rd company I had met with to give me an estimate and the only one who did not try to talk me out of this uncommon, high end baseboard that is actually a radiator. I couldn’t be more grateful for Dom and his great team who have helped me through varying degrees of issues with my heating system. I call her old Bertha! She’s been through it all and we have gotten through 3 cold winters since I bought my house. Not only has the team been very successful in handling each unexpected problem, they have helped plan a support system that will be more effective and efficient in the near future for many years to come.
