Update 9/27/25: Diana from the Miele center called and assisted me with the refund. She was very professional and attentive throughout the whole process! Thank you! These guys are quick to charge the customer (you) - right away, actually, for an online order and it takes them at least a month to refund a return! Don't expect much from their phone customer service either - they will humiliate you with a long wait time and with people, answering after that long wait, you could barely understand. The Miele Experience Center in Princeton is an incredible resource if you are considering the purchase of a Miele appliance. Linda was extremely knowledgeable about the various models and had the perfect recommendation once she knew the features I was interested in. She was great at explaining various aspects of the dishwasher and even gave me some Miele dishwashing tablets to try.
