Horrible service experience! I would give zero stars if I could. Stay away from this company if you don’t want to deal with problems and waste your time waiting for solutions, whether through customer service calls or service appointments. Unfortunately, Miele is no longer the quality brand it used to be(((
Horrible customer service! Miele's quality is not what it used to be. My new refrigerator is malfunctioning, and I haven't received any meaningful help from Miele. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. Unbelievable! To Miele team: I don't have any more time to waste dealing with Miele's customer service. I paid over $11,000 for what was supposed to be a premium refrigerator, and now I'm left without a working fridge in the middle of summer. Used to be a great company. Have love their products for decades. However the quality of service is now appalling enough to switch all my appliances out to a new brand. All that relationship building destroyed by a classic third party call center. Day 5 of no dishwasher and apparently I am to blame for trying to understand whether parts are back ordered for months or days. Why on earth would you work with a company like this? Be warned. Stay away. Shadow of the once former great organization.
I purchased a Triflex HX2 Pro vacuum from the official website. The product I received isn't compatible with the US domestic standard. It seems to be for the EU market -- as shown in the picture below. I contacted Miele's US customer service about this, and their representatives claimed the product was correct and told me that the vacuum is ineligible for exchange or return.
