Miele service is NON-EXISTENT. They will sell you a product, but will not come out to service it. I even bought the 5 year extended warranty! Their website is EXTREMELY MISLEADING. They pride themselves on great service, but it is a LIE! We are completely DISSATISFIED!
These products may look nice but don’t get fooled!! Purchased Gas Range model HR1134G and after seven years, the inner glass of the oven door exploded during the self clean function. Miele refuses to stand behind their product and take accountability as this is a manufacturer defect and Only offer to fix at the consumers expense. Spent many hours, Frustrating phone calls. Tried to get Miele to do the right thing and they won’t.
