Outstanding quality of the product line
Update 9/27/25: Diana from the Miele center called and assisted me with the refund. She was very professional and attentive throughout the whole process! Thank you! These guys are quick to charge the customer (you) - right away, actually, for an online order and it takes them at least a month to refund a return! Don't expect much from their phone customer service either - they will humiliate you with a long wait time and with people, answering after that long wait, you could barely understand.
