Very disappointed in the rebate process! What a joke! The company that handles the rebate for Miele gives you a constant runaround! We’ve been on the phone at least 6 - 10 times trying to figure out why they won’t send you the rebate. I believe now it’s all by design so you don’t get your rebate! Really sours my opinion about Miele. Update: Still getting the run around. We applied for the rebate February 2, 2026. It's now May 6, 2026 and still no rebate. I purchased a Triflex HX2 Pro vacuum from the official website. The product I received isn't compatible with the US domestic standard. It seems to be for the EU market -- as shown in the picture below. I contacted Miele's US customer service about this, and their representatives claimed the product was correct and told me that the vacuum is ineligible for exchange or return.
