Do not buy a product from Miele. We purchased an oven from a showroom in NJ. From day one the oven had documented issues with the self cleaning, similar to comments below, the door completely shattered twice. Miele replaced the doors however now the oven warped at the bottom, which is not repairable. Miele has changed their tune since the oven is not repairable and now requires complete replacement. We are stuck holding the $12,000 price tag to purchase a new oven. This oven is only 6 year old however Miele is counting the t... read more
Beautiful new showroom! Miele makes choosing appliances easy because of the way they present each appliance based on form and function, without overwhelming the consumer with endless options. Our sales associate, Linda was very knowledgeable and went through the pros and cons of each model based on what we were looking for. We even got to test out an induction stovetop. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Had a great experience at Miele! If you haven’t visited the showroom, definitely worth a trip to see the products in action firsthand. Upon first entering, you’re immediately greeted by a knowledgeable associate with a cup of coffee (or cappuccino or whatever else available at their coffee bar) from their impressive coffeemakers.
