Had a generac installed. Carl did a great job answering all of my questions and his team works efficiently.
Very good quality! When our relay failed, Carl came right out and did the job for a reasonable price.
So far so good, but with an emergency generator, rubber meets the road when and if there is an issue and the response. However, everything Carl (owner) said he would do on installation and follow through went down just as he said it would. His people could not be nicer to deal with. What made me go with Miele Electric was the number of techs he has on staff. Other companies I priced out and had conversations with had 1-2 tech guys available which is huge when there could be an issue with my generator during a power outage. L... read more
Carl and his team are amazing! So responsive and reassuring. They went above and beyond to make our installation of our whole house generator complete by keeping us involved and informed every step of the way.
Carl is extremely knowledgeable, fairly priced and easy to work with! Will be our go to electrician for all of our projects!
