Miele KFN15943DE My refrigerator broke after 4 months. Cost of Refrigerator $3700. I had to throw away $400 of food and now its going on over two weeks and still no refrigerator. I contacted customer service numerous times and spoke to supervisor who promised to expedite the part I needed b/c it was on backorder from Germany. There is no follow up. This review is not for the particular showroom but for Miele’s customer service in general. As an architect who brought many clients to Miele over the years, I received such rude and low level treatment from Miele once I was going to purchase 20K worth if appliances for my own kitchen. I was passively called a liar for allegedly not being able to prove my trade association and the ownership of my house after 2 months of emails providing my credentials in all forms that exists. As the owner of a design and architecture firm, I've experienced a lot of showrooms over the years with amazing and not-so-amazing service but the folks at Miele in the A&D are incredible. First, as a knowledgeable resource to educate my clients on the product line and second, offering tremendous post-sale service, truly going above and beyond what is expected and typical. I highly recommend the experience.
