I toured several complexes in the area and Ashley was terrific! She asked more questions about my apartment search than any other leasing agent and that told me that she really cared about helping me find the right place. I did not feel rushed throughout the tour and her presentation style was very unique. She was knowledgeable, charming and quite funny! If you are in the Plaza Midwood area, stop by and see Ashley.

We were really excited to tour this property and were initially sold on it based on the photos and location. Unfortunately, our experience during the scheduled tour was disappointing. There were no clear instructions on how to access the building, and we received no response from the leasing office upon arrival. A resident kindly let us in, and we waited nearly 15 minutes past our appointment time, but no one ever showed up to assist us. We also attempted follow-up calls, but those went unanswered as well. Property Manager Ashley was awesome. I moved in from out of state and Ashley made everything so easy and smooth. Very helpful. The apartment is perfect and so clean upon my move in. I absolutely recommend this apartment complex.

I’ve lived here for two years and have had nothing but a great experience. Ashley is a pleasure to work with and is always there to respond quickly and answer questions!! Would recommend to anyone :)
