Went for a tour well before the 6pm leasing office’s close time. Doors were locked, and a woman came to the door to ask what we needed. We asked for a tour, and she told us they stop doing tours after 5 for their “admin hour” because they’re a “boutique location”. This is not anywhere on their website. She was super condescending, but we asked about other options, she offered a self-tour. Midwood station is a great location at reasonable prices for when we moved in (5/2023). However, we were forced to pay a higher rate to re-sign our lease when all of the units were going for a lower rate than when we originally signed our lease. We could have moved elsewhere, but we did not feel like eating the cost of a deposit. It's not so much that midwood station is bad, it's Pegasus Property Management. Lived here for 1 year and overall was just below average. Nothing was done exceptional, but also nothing is terrible. The one major reoccurring issue I had was cockroaches. They were found multiple times in the stair well, hallway, and specifically in my unit that was on the fourth floor. I had to email to get someone out to spray multiple times, then one time my email was completely ignored. We moved out & 48 hours went back to wrap things up & we found over 4 cockroaches dead throughout the apartment. You get what you pay ... read more
The leasing guys are very rude and I accommodating. I would not live here.
During my time apartment shopping, I found that Midwood station was one of, if not the best property I’ve toured in Charlotte. Ashley gave a warm welcome as I came in for my tour. The property was spotless and had a very pleasant aroma. Ashley was very patient during my tour and answered all of my questions throughly. If I end up deciding to move to Charlotte, Midwood station is definitely at the top of my list thanks to the amazing customer service I received during my visit as well as all of the amenities the apartment off... read more
