I lived at Midwood Station for 1 year and knew soon after moving in that I would likely not be renewing my lease. I was allowed to move into a unit with an appliance I soon realized was broken - it took a couple of months for the property manager Ashley to respond and provide compensation for the lost items due to the broken appliance. Ashley is a rockstar. I have lived in a number of different places, and this was the most pleasant and enjoyable application process I've experienced. She didn't hesitate to go above and beyond and it's obvious that she truly cares about her tenants. 10/10.
Leased for two years. The first year’s management was somewhat lacking. However, when Ashley took over in the second year, she elevated my experience to a new level. Without her exceptional communication and leadership abilities, I would not have renewed my lease. As long as Ashley Gower is around, this property is a must-stay.
I toured several complexes in the area and Ashley was terrific! She asked more questions about my apartment search than any other leasing agent and that told me that she really cared about helping me find the right place. I did not feel rushed throughout the tour and her presentation style was very unique. She was knowledgeable, charming and quite funny! If you are in the Plaza Midwood area, stop by and see Ashley.
We were really excited to tour this property and were initially sold on it based on the photos and location. Unfortunately, our experience during the scheduled tour was disappointing. There were no clear instructions on how to access the building, and we received no response from the leasing office upon arrival. A resident kindly let us in, and we waited nearly 15 minutes past our appointment time, but no one ever showed up to assist us. We also attempted follow-up calls, but those went unanswered as well.
