Dr. David Zarabi of Midwood Orthodontics sent our company back a used and damaged piece of equipment and expected us to repair as if it was a recent purchase. He was trying the OLD BAIT AND SWITCH. He had purchased from us in the past and all units are documented and marked with date codes and serial #. We refused to fix the item at no cost and he left us a nasty google review.
