Horrible experience is an understatement.I must start off by saying Konstantin is a lier and only cares about filling his pockets. His installers did an awful job installing my brazilian teak floors. There aregaps between the planks, some planks wereinstalled so poorly thatthereare areas where the floorsare concave. When Konstantin realized how poorly the install was going, he called me and started whizzling his way around the issue by pushing blame on the poor geometric cuts made by the flooring manufacturer.
