They are so rude on response and very well racist by nature never get proper response.highly not recommended to buy property when you see midwood body corp name.

These guys are absolute professionals. They have been managing the body corporate for one of my properties for over 10 years and are always on the ball with everything that needs to be done. They are so resourceful and will go out of their way to help you. Could not recommend them enough.

I have been involved as a committee member alongside Midwood Body Corporate in their capacity as Body Corp managers for over 10 years. This particular complex of 60 units is large and can be difficult to manage, over the years have been many challenges. David is very ‘hands on’ he visited the complex, met with committee members onsite, dealt with difficult situations onsite, always put his hand up to assist. This would have too be one of the most unprofessional organisations I have every had to do deal with. Firstly they don't even I best back in to unit complex... they appoint care takers that are rude, intimidating & aggressive with the "you can't touch me approach"... the woman who takes your enquiry over the phone Lisa would have too be the most inhospitable and unhelpful person to deal with. Disorganised, slow at responding and disruptive when dealing with the sale of my unit. Paid extra charges for "24 hour" turn around for a disclosure statement and did not receive it with in 24 hours. Calling regarding questions were not promptly answered, despite calling 4 times. Then when I finally got through to someone who knew the answer they were rude and talking about a separate matter. Also while owning my property they changed our bpay details with no warning or note at the top of the invoice.
