I gave birth to my son 5 years ago with the midwives of halton hills and brampton. I thought I received decent care at the time but now that I’m with a different clinic I realize how terrible it had been. My baby dropped in percentile so they wanted to induce me right after 40 weeks. I actually went into spontaneous labour that morning but was not taken seriously, told it could be false labour and still pushed to induce. Even though it was already late in my pregnancy, I am glad I decided to switch from my ob doctor and went with midwifery for the rest of the journey. I found Midwives of Brampton & Halton Hills after a google search and decided to trust my gut and I wasn't disappointed. I had a great experience with my midwife during the delivery of my baby. They were very caring, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process. Their guidance was excellent and really helped me feel calm and confident. They were also very respectful and kind at all times. I’m truly grateful for the care and support they provided.
