The Midwinter Co. team was absolutely amazing in helping me to reconstruct my vintage engagement ring and wedding band which were close to breaking. They were very considerate of my sentimental desire to recreate the ring as closely as possible, while also showing flexibility and grace as I changed my mind a few times. Midwinter’s customer service is exceptional. I live on the west coast, so email correspondence was the best way to communicate back and forth about creating a custom ring. They were very fast with their responses, and included pictures and videos of stone options. The only reason I did not end up purchasing a ring from Midwinter is that I really want the diamonds in my ring to be lab grown, and their lab grown options are more limited compared to their other stones.
