The Midwinter Co. team was absolutely amazing in helping me to reconstruct my vintage engagement ring and wedding band which were close to breaking. They were very considerate of my sentimental desire to recreate the ring as closely as possible, while also showing flexibility and grace as I changed my mind a few times. Midwinter’s customer service is exceptional. I live on the west coast, so email correspondence was the best way to communicate back and forth about creating a custom ring. They were very fast with their responses, and included pictures and videos of stone options. The only reason I did not end up purchasing a ring from Midwinter is that I really want the diamonds in my ring to be lab grown, and their lab grown options are more limited compared to their other stones. My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Midwinter and it is beyond perfect. I get compliments on it almost daily! I love how dynamic it is and that it looks different in every type of light! Now we are in the wedding band ordering phase and since the rings aren’t a surprise this time, I’ve gotten involved in the customisation and I’m floored by how great they are to work with! Everything is going so smoothly and they make the process so easy. I can’t wait to see the wedding bands when they arrive!
