Branch is ran by poor management with little to no help to the retail staff on the teller line. Hours are limited, making it harder for customers to do any legitimate banking for those working normal daytime hours. Systems are consistently down forcing any in person banking to become unrealistic.
Honestly..where do I even start? The management is absolute trash. They treat their employees like garbage IN FRONT OF PEOPLE, couldn’t imagine how it is behind closed doors. Their app is subpar at best. The hours barely give customers time to make it in— hope you don’t have a job! So much more could be improved, maybe the new owners can actually make a decent bank out of it..
