Terrible bank. Online banking portal is awful. Bad customer service. Try Wells Fargo.

Rude staff and closing at 4 makes banking very hard
Branch is ran by poor management with little to no help to the retail staff on the teller line. Hours are limited, making it harder for customers to do any legitimate banking for those working normal daytime hours. Systems are consistently down forcing any in person banking to become unrealistic.
