Great people, easy to schedule phone meetings, ask general questions regarding mortgages and personal loans with the right people. The app is a little clunky but is always making improvements.
Where do I start? Bank is only open till 4, making it impossible to actually use in person for anybody that works a 1st shift job. The app is borderline unusable due to error messages any time I try to transfer anything. Even though I was listed as the primary owner of my account, I had to use my father's social security number (mine wouldn't work) to create an account, and when the account was created I now have access to all of his accounts.
