They locked my card now??
Talk to Cindy over the phone to get an overdraft wave for $135 as I think that’s the little excessive for being negative for a day. She was a very unhelpful and said that there is nothing she can do. I called the branch just right up the street Midwest one they waved everything but $25 of it within 10 seconds of calling. definitely my last I’m going to this branch would recommend another branch
Tina has been a joy to work with. She is incredibly friendly and takes the time to go through any questions that we have, especially when opening new accounts and managing our CDs. The banks quality? No idea. Beautiful building though. I like the bronze-ish glass; it goes great with the brick. The buildings posterior has a series of nested "L" like shapes that are lovely and inventive. Yup, they did a really nice job with this one.
