Always pleased with the customer service!
My family has over 5 accounts with this bank. The bank keeps being bought out, which is good for the owners of the bank. Everytime a new bank comes into the picture, the nickel and dime you to death. When this bank was called "The River Bank", banking was available 9-12 noon on Saturdays. Since Central Bank took over (now Midwest One) only drive through is available on Saturdays. The branch in Hudson, WI was very rude. I had to talk to them regarding my HSA account. The lady I talked to didn't seem to have a clue was she was talking about. Then she put me on hold and eventually hung up on me. I had to call back a few minutes later and got a different lady that was much nicer but they still didn't seem to have any idea how to help me with the problem I was having. I only use this bank for my HSA account but I definitely won't be using them again and I plan on closing the account.
