I just got off the phone with scheduling and the gal was incredibly rude. I am an established client, I have been there with multiple dogs as I run a dog rescue. She started the conversation with telling me the examination fee although I hadn’t asked and informing me their soonest appointments are several weeks out. She didn’t even know that I needed to schedule with the Internal Medicine Dept as she was just talking at me as fast as she could and rushing me off the phone. These doctors/students are literal angels. The care and compassion shown to our dog has meant so much to our family. Every staff member is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to help our sick girl, and we truly felt supported every step of the way. We’re so grateful for the love and attention they have given as we figure out and treat her illness —highly recommend this amazing clinic. We are forever grateful.
Very helpful my dog had to have surgery for his intestines cause he had a corn or a cob of corn stuck. He couldn’t pass it. He almost died and any other place would’ve charged me maybe up to $10,000 and they charge me $4000 but let me pay two upfront and put me on a payment plan. Very helpful. Any other place I probably would’ve lost my pet.
