We ordered a month ago. Didn’t hear back for couple weeks so called them. Something about the wheel not being ready will ship right away. Another week went by more excuses. Finally called again and there was nothing shipped. Asked for a refund. Terrible experience.
Hands down I will be dealing with Mike and company from now on no questions asked…rim showed up and blew me away how fit and finished it is and detailed perfectly. Had it installed the same day it arrived, no bending cracking or anything just all smooth and looks perfect. Customer service was 10/10 calling asking questions was 10/10 no attitudes or anything. I appreciate you guys from the heart
If you enjoy being ignored, misled, and wasting your time, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear.Hands down the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. This shop is a straight-up circus. I never got an invoice, order number, tracking info--nothing. Crickets. Not a single phone call or update. It is known in the philosophical world that “if it’s good, it’s not quick and if it’s quick it’s not good” Alittle wait to receive rim but this was communicated professionally and promptly by Mike … Very satisfied and would shop here again and would definitely recommend… great job guys
Might deliver an excellent product, I just couldn’t wait it out any longer when it said it was in stock and had not yet shipped in 8 days. Mike was quick to refund my order.
