I was given a sheaf of papers after my water softener was installed. Turns out the last page was pretty important. According to the information on that page, if I didn’t fill out the form and send it in, the warranty would be void. I was told nothing about this. There seems to be no concern about the fact that what is said verbally and what is on paper does not match. There is no address or phone number on the papers. The company has more than one name.
