Very helpful and great to work with.
I was given a sheaf of papers after my water softener was installed. Turns out the last page was pretty important. According to the information on that page, if I didn’t fill out the form and send it in, the warranty would be void. I was told nothing about this. There seems to be no concern about the fact that what is said verbally and what is on paper does not match. There is no address or phone number on the papers. The company has more than one name. Great people and great service. I highly recommend these guys for all your pool and hot tub water needs! Very knowledgeable and friendly, reasonably priced.
Tim is so helpful and easy to talk to. I always enjoy going in there to get the products we need because Tim is always laughing and smiling. We always get the right recipe to clean and maintain our pool as well. Great business with great prices!
