If you're not forced dispatch and haul import containers, refuse to deliver here. These loads were picked up overseas and as such don't have a bill of lading like domestic freight. The paperwork for these loads should have been sent to the warehouse weeks before it even arrived in the country. The American driver has nothing to do with paperwork from the shipper in China, Singapore, South Korea, or wherever.
