Bad experience! I checked in at 1pm for 3pm appointment they gave me a dock right away and started li load me at 2:50pm but worked very slow ! So around 4:20-4:30pm finally I got green light and went to the scale at the exit. And I had 81600lbs they sent me back to the dock to take off some load to be legal. And now is 6:20pm they still working on me!

This is one of the worst and unorganized place in chicagoland, the check in and check out process is a sad joke, if you here to do a drop& hook, than prepare to spend here at least 2 hours, yes 2 hours, you ca do a live load much faster in other places than drop& hook in this place, avoid at all cost.
1.5hr wait in line to check in and drop the trailer another 1.5 hrs to check out all together 3 hrs to drop the trailer.
