They need to train employees to have a bit of respect...I was delivering a empy trailer to them and the spotter ran up and instead of saying good morning or hello I get ,who broke Dat seal!!!! He could have been a little nicer to say goodmorning or hello did you have a seal on that trailer. Simple and friendly but nope!!! WHO BROKE DAT SEAL!!!! Like he hade me in a gotcha moment! 4/2/26 got loaded fairly quick things seem pretty quiet here. Get told someone will be out to seal my trailer. I have my paperwork and I'm ready to leave. 30 minutes later no one has come out to seal my trailer so I went inside trying to figure out what's going on in case they forgot me (Ive been trying to be patient and polite this whole time but I'm definitely getting mad that I'm sitting here losing time on my clock). I read the reviews and gave it some thought, but actually, it’s a good company. There is plenty of space between the dock doors, and the check-in process is easy. Lady Ariana check in desk was very nice , friendly, and kind. Appointment time: 8:30 AM. Check-in: 8:15 AM. At the door: 8:25 AM. Loaded: 9:30 AM.🤝
Easy to check in out For loading take 1hour nice professional people
Not even one star worth it this place dumb shit Even if I have a appointment, they take forever to unload you or load you
