Very slow
Picked up the load from this place in July. In the process of loading this guys damaged our trailer. Driver noticed that and went to talk to them. Had to call the police. We were able to contact their corporate office and file a claim. Claimed got denied due to not enough evidence. Even thought we provided police report, plus the pictures that showed the damage in the trailer as well as one of the pallets being damaged and with the pieces of insulation from the trailer wall. Extremely rude person to check in with. She’s tells you to park and wait for her call and she never calls. If the dock worker sees you smoking a cigarette, he ask for one. This place is horrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this ghetto ass place.
