Fast unload!
Arrived at 2:30 for 2pm appointment. Park in spots across from docks, walk in and fill out paper work. Said call with a dock. Called and gave me a door. Had to wait for another driver to move out of dock. Total time there 2 1/2 hours. No overnight parking. Does have vending machines and does have bathroom. Really sweet lady at the desk. Docks have plenty of space between. Gets tight with people leaving and people trying to dock.
very slow
These ppl deserve below zero specially the check in clerks. The ladies were shouting at each other while there were 15 drivers waiting to either check in or out. I am not sure why Ryder hire these kind of ppl. Absolutely ridiculous.
